A 45-acre, 4.4-megawatt solar farm in San Antonio, Texas is using 90 Barbados-cross sheep to control overgrowth that would otherwise get in the way of routine operations. Until now, sheep grazing has been more common in California and Europe than in Texas, the Tribune reports.
